Such a great experience and was…

Such a great experience and was reassured through nthe whole process of signing up and educated on all my chosen plan offers. So thankful that monica was available to answer any questions I had and work things out with me. So happy I went with this company. Monica was just an absolute doll, so personable, and just a complete pleasure. I'm so glad she was following up with me because I would have just kept putting it off and worrying.

My dog had surgery for a skin cancer…

My dog had surgery for a skin cancer removal. I submitted the claim on Friday and was reimbursed by Tuesday of the next week. With my previous insurance, I would submit a claim and call back in a month or so and they still had not done anything with the claim. I was shocked when I received a reimbursement back so quickly.

I just got this policy yesterday

I just got this policy yesterday. I don’t know yet what it is like to file a claim and I hope I never have to but the customer service rep was totally amazing, very nice and very professional. Follow up: We had a very tragic situation with my cat that was covered under this policy. His diagnostic alone were $5000. We were reimbursed for every one of our claims within a week without any hassle. Sadly my cat didn’t make it. But grateful that everything was covered and prudent pet didn’t make the process difficult

Monthly Cost

Monthly rates start at $10 for Accident only and $16 for Accident & Illness coverage. Those rates vary based on species, age, breed as well as your location.

Coverage

We cover based on the actual vet bill and have options for 90%, 80% or 70% reimbursement.

Payout Limits

We offer limits of $2,500, $5,000, $10,000, $15,000, $20,000 and an unlimited plan.  There are no lifetime limits with any option you choose.

Deductible

Choose a deductible that works best for you and your family, we offer $100, $250 and $500 options.

Age Limits

We have no age limits, but your pet will need to be at least 8 weeks old to enroll.

Waiting Period

For our accident & illness plans (essential & ultimate), we have a 14-day waiting period. Our accident-only policy only has a 5-day waiting period. There is no waiting period for wellness coverage.

Exclusions

Pre-existing conditions, cosmetic procedures and breeding costs are not covered by our policies. Optional Wellness Details We have two preventive/wellness plan options. Our basic option costs $9.95/month* and our Prime option costs $24.95/month*. These cover things like wellness exams, dental cleanings, or flea/heartworm prevention. Reimbursement for these is based on a set maximum annual amount. *Correct Jan. 2019
