Great Experience So Far
Recently, we found out the company we had pet insurance with did not offer a wide variety of possible hereditary conditions. While our dog is in prime health now at 10 months old, we wanted to make sure we had coverage for the "just in case" later on in his life. After researching many companies, we heard of Prudent Pet. When we called, Monica was extremely helpful. She answered all the questions I had, and you could tell she truly loves animals as well as her job! She was such a pleasure to talk to. She made sure I knew of all the coverage offered and plans, did not pressure us to sign-up, and had no problem answering the many questions I had. We decided to sign-up and so far we couldn't be happier! We are happy to be new members of the Prudent Pet family, and to have a company behind us that loves what they do and has a passion for our beloved four legged family members!
