Payment fees, really?
I want to say Stephanie was wonderful, informative, kind, and understanding. They are lucky to have such an excellent employee.
Now, my reason for 1 star - they charge a $3 per month payment processing fee for every single payment and any payment method, bank account hookup, credit card, check, etc.
That's a giant middle finger to your customers and a ridiculous nickel and diming fee. You're charging me to pay you, and that's a dirty, dirty move.
The people that approved and decided to do this to their customers should have their numbers on the website and their e-mails to handle the criticism, rather than hand it out to their front line workers to have to deal with.
I am a Customer Success/Experience leader and I would never, ever put that on my employees, it is a gutless move from a what I can only assume is a completely gutless "leadership" team.
Edit: This is for each pet, not payment. Instead of lying to/misleading your customers, maybe tell the truth and add three dollars to every policy you quote so we have correct and accurate quotes when comparing pricing. I have to remove two dogs now of the three I gave you (I have six) and I am considering remove them all - I can only imagine other ways you will try to get one over on me.

You're also a bod faced liar saying you strive for clarity and transparency, no you don't.
Your reply here is insulting and intellectually dishonest, and your "leadership" team is a sad joke for not putting themselves out there.
I canceled my policies - doing business with this company is a pathetic joke.
