I signed up for pet insurance with Prudent Pet via telephone. My own insurance agent was very helpful and when several questions couldn't be answered by her, she asked my permission to have a customer service representative from Prudent Pet contact me in order for my concerns to be fully addressed. I was quite pleased to have had Rebecca from Prudent give me that call back.
She was thorough in answering all my questions and it was truly a pleasure to have had that interaction with her. I felt confident that I had chosen the right company and signed up for the insurance.
