Very friendly service

The person I spoke to on the phone was very friendly and knowledgeable about the insurance. She helped me find a good plan that fits my pets needs and explained the pricing very well. While a little more than other competitors I chose this company because of their excellent customer service and the fact that they advertise stable premiums.

One of the most important components on my list in make an exceptional customer service representative are people skills, Stephanie’s people skills Ring volumes to me. Her professionalism, her communication skills, compassion and her understanding cannot be taught in a training classroom. Her caring, and her wittiness are an extra Bonus. Monthly Cost

Monthly rates start at $10 for Accident only and $16 for Accident & Illness coverage. Those rates vary based on species, age, breed as well as your location.

Coverage

We cover based on the actual vet bill and have options for 90%, 80% or 70% reimbursement.

Payout Limits

We offer limits of $2,500, $5,000, $10,000, $15,000, $20,000 and an unlimited plan.  There are no lifetime limits with any option you choose.

Deductible

Choose a deductible that works best for you and your family, we offer $100, $250 and $500 options.

Age Limits

We have no age limits, but your pet will need to be at least 8 weeks old to enroll.

Waiting Period

For our accident & illness plans (essential & ultimate), we have a 14-day waiting period. Our accident-only policy only has a 5-day waiting period. There is no waiting period for wellness coverage.

Exclusions

Pre-existing conditions, cosmetic procedures and breeding costs are not covered by our policies. Optional Wellness Details We have two preventive/wellness plan options. Our basic option costs $9.95/month* and our Prime option costs $24.95/month*. These cover things like wellness exams, dental cleanings, or flea/heartworm prevention. Reimbursement for these is based on a set maximum annual amount. *Correct Jan. 2019
