Rebecca (Dallas) was beyond helpful. Even though insurance doesn't fit my needs as my pet has a diagnosed condition already, she did not dismiss me. She discussed other possible options for assistance from her own personal experiences. If I can get my pet through the current battle we are in I most definitely will be back to get insurance for any future needs based solely off the level of care and concern she had while knowing the conversation was not going to lead to a sale at the moment. I truly appreciate this sort of customer service as I myself work in the customer service field, people like her are a dime a dozen.
Rebecca, thank you from the bottom of my heart. Today's been a day of many tears and feeling so torn and it truly made my day better being on the line with somebody as compassionate and friendly as you. Wish us luck on our journey and I hope I get to talk to you again.
