A trial petsplusus insurance plan was provided to me when I adopted my cat from the local municipal shelter. I am glad to have decided to convert the trial plan into a continuous policy. For the past year and a half they have provided effective customer service and assistance with my claims. The rates are affordable for the age of my cat and they do not make a fuss when claiming vet bills. Highly recommend insuring your pet through Petsplusus!

We have had the pleasure of having full coverage for our Whippet since we got him 3 years ago. In that time we have had more than one emergency claim. The process for claims is very simple and easy. I'm disappointed with Pet Plus' misleading policy on euthanasia coverage. Despite claiming to cover actual costs, the reality is a mere $100 limit, leaving pet owners with unexpected financial burdens during a difficult time. This discrepancy undermines trust in their advertised benefits.

We have had insurance through Pets Plus Us for the last 10 years. They have been kind, friendly and supportive throughout the duration. Our Doxie Bull and Chow Chow German Shepherd mixes came to us with several health issues and injuries. Pets Plus Us covered their claims fairly and promptly. We lost our Doxie Bull in July and our Chow mix last week. This has been a very difficult time for our family. The team at Pets Plus Us have been kind and supportive in our loss. Thank you so much. As a Field Trial team there was always the possibility of injury in our sport and I took out insurance on Tundra just in case. Fortunately Tundra finished his career as an Amateur Field Trial Champion with out any major injury. One evening while relaxing at home, Tundra started to show signed of discomfort and less than two hours later he was in severe distress and showing signs of a bloated stomach. A quick trip to the ER was required.. Needless to say this illness is very serious and could cause death. Tundra has fully recovered and is back to old self. The treatment cost many thousand of dollars and without the assistance of Tundras insurance I would be financially devastated.
