Truly the BEST for our Pets!!!

Top-Notch Customer Service! I cannot imagine how they could be better, more understanding, or more caring than they have been with me and my dog's Anemia issues. So glad I chose Pet's Best! They REALLY are the BEST!!!

40 days and 40 nights-but really longer

We signed up due to the marketing of fast re-pay. (2-4 weeks is what website says) Deductible is $250 and somehow they snuck in a $50 copay. Called in after silence for 2 weeks. Customer service said they don’t even have access to claims department. Called back at 4 weeks. Same answer. 6 weeks later , reimbursement received minus $50 for a copay we didn’t read the fine print on. Pets Best should increase their communication with the client. Insurance is also about customer service. I literally give you money monthly to “hopefully” be taken care of on the off-chance my dogs get hurt.

Stay away from this BAD FAITH insurance…

Stay away from this BAD FAITH insurance company. Every claim denied in full or in part for services that are part of the policy. They will use the pre-existing condition clause to deny every time even when your Vet writes a letter to confirm it is UNRELATED. Biggest scam pet insurance company to date. ONLY expect small claims to be paid. Bait and switch imho.

Monthly Cost

$6 and up, depending on your chosen plan.

Coverage

Accident and Illness plans with optional reimbursement levels of 70%, 80%, or 90% after the deductible. Flat Rate Accident coverage for $9/month for dogs and $6/month for cats. (Available in most states). Two optional Wellness plans to cover routine care. 24/7 Pet Helpline, powered by whiskerDocs is included on all policies. The pay-out amount is based on your actual vet bill. Reimbursements are sent directly to CareCredit credit card when chosen as your default reimbursement method. Choose to have your eligible claim payment reimbursed directly back to your CareCredit card.

Payout Limits

$5000 -Unlimited annual limit, depending on your chosen plan. Unlimited lifetime limits.

Deductible

$50 – $1,000 annually.

Age Limits

Pet must be at least 7 weeks old to enroll. Pets Best does not restrict coverage or availability for older pets.

Waiting Period

A waiting period refers to the amount of time after enrolling before your pet is eligible for coverage. Waiting periods vary by the type of coverage and start on the effective date of your policy. Once met, waiting periods are waived for continuous, uninterrupted policy renewals. Pets Best offers some of the shortest waiting periods in the industry following the policy effective date. Exclusions

Pre-existing conditions are not covered. Elective and preventive procedures are not covered.
