Best value for your money!

The price to insure my pet were extremely reasonable considering the benefits received for the cost are outstanding. The claims process from submission to receiving the reimbursement was fast and easy. I am so glad I decided to get this insurance for my pup.

Best Insurer (Human or Animal) Out there

I've always been impressed with Pet's Best. We've come to expect health insurance to find all kinds of ways to deny legitimate claims. Not the case with this company. I'm having a rather expensive, totally unexpected issue with my baby. I've had great luck with one dog living to 22, one to 20 and one to 17. So it was a matter of time until one of my dogs had some health issues. I hope it's not life threatening, but either way, Pet's Best did as they promised, they covered the expenses and only asked for reasonable medical references to ensure proper coverage. I love this company.

The best pet insurance!

The best pet insurance!! My two cats were sent to the ER and hospitalized for two days because of their exposure to certain toxic substance. I submitted three claims after the discharge and all those claims were approved and completed within one month. 100% satisfied with the smooth and quick claim process.

Too much money for little benefit

Too much money for little benefit. My dog has allergies, as we found out, and we had taken her to the vet for an ear infection prior to getting this policy. They said that the ear infection was caused by allergies, and therefore they wouldn't pay for anything going forward. We didn't even know at the time that the ear infection had ANYTHING to do with any sort of allergy. We now have to spend hundreds of dollars a month on her medications, tests etc. with no benefit from insurance. Waste of money.

Monthly Cost

$6 and up, depending on your chosen plan.

Coverage

Accident and Illness plans with optional reimbursement levels of 70%, 80%, or 90% after the deductible. Flat Rate Accident coverage for $9/month for dogs and $6/month for cats. (Available in most states). Two optional Wellness plans to cover routine care. 24/7 Pet Helpline, powered by whiskerDocs is included on all policies. The pay-out amount is based on your actual vet bill. Reimbursements are sent directly to CareCredit credit card when chosen as your default reimbursement method. Choose to have your eligible claim payment reimbursed directly back to your CareCredit card.

Payout Limits

$5000 -Unlimited annual limit, depending on your chosen plan. Unlimited lifetime limits.

Deductible

$50 – $1,000 annually.

Age Limits

Pet must be at least 7 weeks old to enroll. Pets Best does not restrict coverage or availability for older pets.

Waiting Period

A waiting period refers to the amount of time after enrolling before your pet is eligible for coverage. Waiting periods vary by the type of coverage and start on the effective date of your policy. Once met, waiting periods are waived for continuous, uninterrupted policy renewals. Pets Best offers some of the shortest waiting periods in the industry following the policy effective date. Exclusions

Pre-existing conditions are not covered. Elective and preventive procedures are not covered.
