Amazing Pet Insurance!

I have never been happier! Pets Best Insurance has been absolutely amazing and has done so much to help our 10yr min pin Lily! She was diagnosed with heart disease Sept 2021, and has had to see a cardiologist for regular exams, tests, and medicine. After a year she needed a pacemaker. If not for Pets Best Ins I do not know how we would have been able to afford the Cardiologist visits much less the pacemaker surgery. Lily is recovering from her surgery and doing excellent! She is off two of the three meds and has a new lease on life. She is so happy and so much more energetic now that her heart is beating at a normal pace. Thank you so much Pets Best!!!

Timely and Responsive

Pets Best is very timely and responsive. My main experience is with the claims process, but other than not having a button to cancel or withdraw a claim, I don’t have any complaints. Great experience so far!

Ahead of schedule

When I first submitted my claim, I received a message saying it would be 30-40 days before I get any monies due back. I was pleasantly surprised that it happened before those dates. Thank you, this will truly help with the unexpected vet bill for the month.

So far, so good!

So far my experience with Pets Best has been great. I took my dog to the vet, submitted claim and supporting documents the next day and my claim was processed within a week.

Monthly Cost

$6 and up, depending on your chosen plan.

Coverage

Accident and Illness plans with optional reimbursement levels of 70%, 80%, or 90% after the deductible. Flat Rate Accident coverage for $9/month for dogs and $6/month for cats. (Available in most states). Two optional Wellness plans to cover routine care. 24/7 Pet Helpline, powered by whiskerDocs is included on all policies. The pay-out amount is based on your actual vet bill. Reimbursements are sent directly to CareCredit credit card when chosen as your default reimbursement method. Choose to have your eligible claim payment reimbursed directly back to your CareCredit card.

Payout Limits

$5000 -Unlimited annual limit, depending on your chosen plan. Unlimited lifetime limits.

Deductible

$50 – $1,000 annually.

Age Limits

Pet must be at least 7 weeks old to enroll. Pets Best does not restrict coverage or availability for older pets.

Waiting Period

A waiting period refers to the amount of time after enrolling before your pet is eligible for coverage. Waiting periods vary by the type of coverage and start on the effective date of your policy. Once met, waiting periods are waived for continuous, uninterrupted policy renewals. Pets Best offers some of the shortest waiting periods in the industry following the policy effective date. Exclusions

Pre-existing conditions are not covered. Elective and preventive procedures are not covered.
