Great pet insurance company !
Great pet insurance company !! Reimbursement policy clearly outlines what are covered. Website is easy to navigate and easy to submit documents. Process time are fast in a timely manner. Emails clearly spells out how much is covered and why. Will definitely continue to use for our pet.

Very easy to file claims. Highly Recommended.
I been with PetsBest for 6+ years. It's very easy to file claims.
My dog was recently diagnosed with Cushings and diabetes. I just submit all the invoices online and PetsBest verifies with my vet. My plan doesn't cover annual shots but the claim process was very easy. Less than 2-3 minutes uploading invoices and it was all set.
I previously filed for 2-3 ACL surgeries as well and the claim process went without a hitch. When there's a pet emergency/issue, insurance and monetary details are the things you want to think about the least but PetsBest makes it an easy experience.

My claim was handled quickly. Claims are easy to submit. I would never have been able to provide care for my new pet without this.
Monthly Cost
$6 and up, depending on your chosen plan.
Coverage
Accident and Illness plans with optional reimbursement levels of 70%, 80%, or 90% after the deductible.
Flat Rate Accident coverage for $9/month for dogs and $6/month for cats. (Available in most states).
Two optional Wellness plans to cover routine care.
24/7 Pet Helpline, powered by whiskerDocs is included on all policies.
The pay-out amount is based on your actual vet bill.
Reimbursements are sent directly to CareCredit credit card when chosen as your default reimbursement method.

$5000 -Unlimited annual limit, depending on your chosen plan.

Age Limits
Pet must be at least 7 weeks old to enroll.
Pets Best does not restrict coverage or availability for older pets.
Waiting Period
A waiting period refers to the amount of time after enrolling before your pet is eligible for coverage. Waiting periods vary by the type of coverage and start on the effective date of your policy. Once met, waiting periods are waived for continuous, uninterrupted policy renewals. Pets Best offers some of the shortest waiting periods in the industry following the policy effective date. Get a quote for specific information on waiting periods in your state.

Pre-existing conditions are not covered.
Elective and preventive procedures are not covered.
