Submission of Claim for my dog Sydney
I have been using Pets Best Insurance for my dog since I rescued her at age 3 in 2020. I have submitted claims for bloodwork, surgeries, dentistry, etc for 5 years now with no issues. The ease of submitting claims and payment payouts are quick, explained thoroughly and I am completely satisfied with my pet’s insurance policy and coverage.

Pet’s Beat has been with me and my pets for several years now. They are so fast and responsive, and most importantly very fair. LOLA'S NEW INSURANCE PROVIDER.
We have only had Pets Best for our Lola for 3 months now, but have been quite satisfied with them, thus far. Each time I have called in, the reps. are very kind, helpful, knowledgeable, and seem to take to heart in our satisfaction. I have a senior dog with arthritis and a heart condition, so I have had a lot of claims with Pets Best. The claims process is super easy and Pets Best has paid all of my claims without question. I highly recommend Pets Best.

Accident and Illness plans with optional reimbursement levels of 70%, 80%, or 90% after the deductible.
Flat Rate Accident coverage for $9/month for dogs and $6/month for cats. (Available in most states).
Two optional Wellness plans to cover routine care.
24/7 Pet Helpline, powered by whiskerDocs is included on all policies.
The pay-out amount is based on your actual vet bill.
Reimbursements are sent directly to CareCredit credit card when chosen as your default reimbursement method.

Waiting Period
A waiting period refers to the amount of time after enrolling before your pet is eligible for coverage. Waiting periods vary by the type of coverage and start on the effective date of your policy. Once met, waiting periods are waived for continuous, uninterrupted policy renewals. Pets Best offers some of the shortest waiting periods in the industry following the policy effective date.
