DO NOT BUY OETS BEST

Got fantastic care from Hebron Hospital. After spending over $900 on final bill, I filed the claim and after 4 weeks of no responses I get my payment of $126, and $15. Biggest rip off in the world. After paying $117 a month for over 2 years. CON ARTISTS.

Peace of Mind with Pets Best: A Young Dog Owner's Experience

Pet's Best is The Best!

We are so happy that we went with Pet's Best. We chose coverage for accidents and couldn't be happier with the price for coverage. It's even better than my discounted insurance from employer. You all made a very worrisome dog fight less worrisome knowing we were covered. You were communicative and quick throughout the whole claims process. I highly recommend pet insurance and especially Pets Best as you all are, seriously, "The Best" Pet Insurance! Thank you so, so much. "

Horrible service

Took 4 weeks to review a basic claim. I submitted all paperwork and records when I filed the claim. Definitely going to find a different company right away. 4 1/2 weeks and still haven't received my money from the claim.

It's hard to have a sick pet, so it really helps to know that Pets Best is there to help with the financial part. It makes a huge difference! The claims process was very easy and the payment was quick. I'm so appreciative of the great service!

Monthly Cost

$6 and up, depending on your chosen plan.

Coverage

Accident and Illness plans with optional reimbursement levels of 70%, 80%, or 90% after the deductible. Flat Rate Accident coverage for $9/month for dogs and $6/month for cats. (Available in most states). Two optional Wellness plans to cover routine care. 24/7 Pet Helpline, powered by whiskerDocs is included on all policies. The pay-out amount is based on your actual vet bill. Reimbursements are sent directly to CareCredit credit card when chosen as your default reimbursement method. Choose to have your eligible claim payment reimbursed directly back to your CareCredit card.

Payout Limits

$5000 -Unlimited annual limit, depending on your chosen plan. Unlimited lifetime limits.

Deductible

$50 – $1,000 annually.

Age Limits

Pet must be at least 7 weeks old to enroll. Pets Best does not restrict coverage or availability for older pets.

Waiting Period

A waiting period refers to the amount of time after enrolling before your pet is eligible for coverage. Waiting periods vary by the type of coverage and start on the effective date of your policy. Once met, waiting periods are waived for continuous, uninterrupted policy renewals. Pets Best offers some of the shortest waiting periods in the industry following the policy effective date. Get a quote for specific information on waiting periods in your state.

Exclusions

Pre-existing conditions are not covered. Elective and preventive procedures are not covered.
