Pets Best has always been honest
Pets Best has always been upfront, honest, and reliable, with no games or leaving me feel like I’ve been cheated. I used to use a spreadsheet to figure out to the penny how much I was owed, and they never disappointed me. Now I just submit and move on, knowing they’ll pay what’s owed.
The payments for claims have also gotten much faster, which is a relief.

Great Company
I have had no issues with Pets Best Insurance. They handle claims quickly and if they are in need of additional information, they request it in a timely manner. Their claim submission is easy as are their EOB's to read. I can recommend them without reservation.

Age Limits
Pet must be at least 7 weeks old to enroll.
Pets Best does not restrict coverage or availability for older pets.
Waiting Period
A waiting period refers to the amount of time after enrolling before your pet is eligible for coverage. Waiting periods vary by the type of coverage and start on the effective date of your policy. Once met, waiting periods are waived for continuous, uninterrupted policy renewals. Pets Best offers some of the shortest waiting periods in the industry following the policy effective date. Get a quote for specific information on waiting periods in your state.

Pre-existing conditions are not covered.
Elective and preventive procedures are not covered.
