Simply the best
I have had nothing but the best experience with Pets Best. Easy to submit a claim strait from my phone right after my vet visits. I love that they offer a direct deposit for any claim refund, As well as the monthly plan cost. It's always been a fast return as well.

I Was Leery Of Pet Insurance Unti...
I was leery of pet insurance until signing up with PetsBest! They have been overly helpful on the phone and I receive payments quickly. Submitting claims online is so very easy and I can keep track of what has been submitted and paid at the touch of a keypad. It is nice to know PetsBest has my back for any unfortunate happenings with my baby-girl Olive!

Accident and Illness plans with optional reimbursement levels of 70%, 80%, or 90% after the deductible.
Flat Rate Accident coverage for $9/month for dogs and $6/month for cats. (Available in most states).
Two optional Wellness plans to cover routine care.
24/7 Pet Helpline, powered by whiskerDocs is included on all policies.
The pay-out amount is based on your actual vet bill.
Reimbursements are sent directly to CareCredit credit card when chosen as your default reimbursement method.
Choose to have your eligible claim payment reimbursed directly back to your CareCredit card.
Payout Limits
$5000 -Unlimited annual limit, depending on your chosen plan.
Unlimited lifetime limits.
Deductible
$50 – $1,000 annually.
Age Limits
Pet must be at least 7 weeks old to enroll.
Pets Best does not restrict coverage or availability for older pets.
Waiting Period
A waiting period refers to the amount of time after enrolling before your pet is eligible for coverage. Waiting periods vary by the type of coverage and start on the effective date of your policy. Once met, waiting periods are waived for continuous, uninterrupted policy renewals. Pets Best offers some of the shortest waiting periods in the industry following the policy effective date. Get a quote for specific information on waiting periods in your state.

Pre-existing conditions are not covered.
Elective and preventive procedures are not covered.
