Pets Best is AMAAAAZING!

Last fall I lost my 15-year-old shih tzu after a long and expensive illness. So when I got a new puppy in February, I decided to purchase veterinary insurance for both the puppy and my remaining older dog. I chose Best Best because they had great rates, flexible choices on benefits, and excellent reviews. This month, my shih tzu puppy went in for a routine spaying which quickly escalated into additional surgery and intensive care hospitalizations. Pets Best exceeded all my expectations. They were considerate and helpful in phone conversations, followed up promptly with both me and my vet when needing additional medical records, and were prompt in paying all benefits in full. AND, they have a guarantee that my insurance rates won't go up because of these claims! I could not recommend them more highly.

This is awesome

This is awesome! We recently got a purebred English Mastiff and I was advised to get health coverage for him since he is such a large breed and things will be more expensive. I called many different pet insurance carriers, including two we were offered one month free coverage via AKC and our vet, and Pets Best coverage was by far the best option for us. Even the other insurance carriers said this was a great deal. We are getting Elite Coverage plus full wellness coverage. He just had his first vet visit after enrolling in insurance coverage, I submitted the claim and they are covering a very large amount of the entire bill. This makes it worth it even considering the premium we are paying, we have still saved money if we didn't have insurance at all! I highly recommend Pets Best Insurance.

My Velcro Boy Died At A Young Fiv...

My Velcro Boy died at a young five years. I have never been closer to anyone than to Beau, although there have been many dogs over the years. I moved Heaven and Earth to find the best Vets and treatment for him in the country, all to no avail. His death is a crushing blow, in every way; but it would have been even worse financially without the coverage provided by PB along the arduous path.

Monthly Cost

$6 and up, depending on your chosen plan.

Coverage

Accident and Illness plans with optional reimbursement levels of 70%, 80%, or 90% after the deductible. Flat Rate Accident coverage for $9/month for dogs and $6/month for cats. (Available in most states). Two optional Wellness plans to cover routine care. 24/7 Pet Helpline, powered by whiskerDocs is included on all policies. The pay-out amount is based on your actual vet bill. Reimbursements are sent directly to CareCredit credit card when chosen as your default reimbursement method. Choose to have your eligible claim payment reimbursed directly back to your CareCredit card.

Payout Limits

$5000 -Unlimited annual limit, depending on your chosen plan. Unlimited lifetime limits.

Deductible

$50 – $1,000 annually.

Age Limits

Pet must be at least 7 weeks old to enroll. Pets Best does not restrict coverage or availability for older pets.

Waiting Period

A waiting period refers to the amount of time after enrolling before your pet is eligible for coverage. Waiting periods vary by the type of coverage and start on the effective date of your policy. Once met, waiting periods are waived for continuous, uninterrupted policy renewals. Pets Best offers some of the shortest waiting periods in the industry following the policy effective date. Exclusions

Pre-existing conditions are not covered. Elective and preventive procedures are not covered.
