I submitted my first claim to PetsBest, and I was pleased with the response from them. My boy had an ear infection, and it was processed very quickly. They paid the expenses very quickly. The customer service representatives are all very professional and kind. I would recommend PetsBest.

I Couldn'T Be Happier! The Petsb...

I couldn't be happier! The PetsBest representative helped walk me through the process and I submitted the claim electronically with attached documentation. My claim was fully compensated within 7 days and I received the check 2 days later. I will definitely recommend PestsBest to other pet owners.

Bosco Was Lame One Day When I Cam...

Bosco was lame one day when i came home. Took him to the vet, they took x-rays to make sure there were no fractures. Luckily it was just a sprained elbow. Submitted my claim the following day and had a reimbursement check within a week!! Super happy and satisfied with Pets Best. The claim process was easy and such a fast response, who could complain?? Thank you Pets Best!!

Monthly Cost

$6 and up, depending on your chosen plan.

Coverage

Accident and Illness plans with optional reimbursement levels of 70%, 80%, or 90% after the deductible. Flat Rate Accident coverage for $9/month for dogs and $6/month for cats. (Available in most states). Two optional Wellness plans to cover routine care. 24/7 Pet Helpline, powered by whiskerDocs is included on all policies. The pay-out amount is based on your actual vet bill. Reimbursements are sent directly to CareCredit credit card when chosen as your default reimbursement method. Choose to have your eligible claim payment reimbursed directly back to your CareCredit card.

Payout Limits

$5000 -Unlimited annual limit, depending on your chosen plan. Unlimited lifetime limits.

Deductible

$50 – $1,000 annually.

Age Limits

Pet must be at least 7 weeks old to enroll. Pets Best does not restrict coverage or availability for older pets.

Waiting Period

A waiting period refers to the amount of time after enrolling before your pet is eligible for coverage. Waiting periods vary by the type of coverage and start on the effective date of your policy. Once met, waiting periods are waived for continuous, uninterrupted policy renewals. Pets Best offers some of the shortest waiting periods in the industry following the policy effective date. Exclusions

Pre-existing conditions are not covered. Elective and preventive procedures are not covered.
