Haven Is A Rescue Dog I Have Had ...
Haven is a rescue dog I have had since March. She has a few recurring health issues that may or may not be related to her first few years so we see the vet fairly regularly. This last visit was for her 6 month check up. Without insurance, I would be less likely to take her in for a well-check, because of the cost. Pets Best is easy to use, provides good coverage, and has a friendly and knowledgeable staff. Thank you.

Veterinary Care Has Become A More...
Veterinary care has become a more costly proposition these days than it once was. Don't misunderstand...I think my dog's doctor is worth every penny and I do want my dog to receive the best of care. However, I am now retired so my funds are limited. How glad I am to have insurance for Ben and how much I appreciate the quick response from Pets Best.

Pets Best is there when I need you!! Your payments are very prompt and clear, easy breakdown and explanations are given. My online account is easy to maneuver around and see my dogs' information. Thank you for being there for me and my precious doggies :)
Monthly Cost
$6 and up, depending on your chosen plan.
Coverage
Accident and Illness plans with optional reimbursement levels of 70%, 80%, or 90% after the deductible.
Flat Rate Accident coverage for $9/month for dogs and $6/month for cats. (Available in most states).
Two optional Wellness plans to cover routine care.
24/7 Pet Helpline, powered by whiskerDocs is included on all policies.
The pay-out amount is based on your actual vet bill.
Reimbursements are sent directly to CareCredit credit card when chosen as your default reimbursement method.
Choose to have your eligible claim payment reimbursed directly back to your CareCredit card.
Payout Limits
$5000 -Unlimited annual limit, depending on your chosen plan.
Unlimited lifetime limits.
Deductible
$50 – $1,000 annually.
Age Limits
Pet must be at least 7 weeks old to enroll.
Pets Best does not restrict coverage or availability for older pets.
Waiting Period
A waiting period refers to the amount of time after enrolling before your pet is eligible for coverage. Waiting periods vary by the type of coverage and start on the effective date of your policy. Once met, waiting periods are waived for continuous, uninterrupted policy renewals. Pets Best offers some of the shortest waiting periods in the industry following the policy effective date. Get a quote for specific information on waiting periods in your state.

Pre-existing conditions are not covered.
Elective and preventive procedures are not covered.
