My Dog Had Tplo Surgery And Was D...
My dog had TPLO surgery and was discharged on 11/18. I filed my claim on 11/19 and received my EOB via email on 11/23. The claims process was smooth and relatively easy. I recommend PetsBest to everyone I know!

Fast reimbursement
I love the easy reimbursement process. However don't like only the first set of vaccines are covered. Most vaccines are a 2-3 series, for example Bordetella Bronchiseptica and parvo. Our (all) pets need the second and third vaccines to have the full effect to prevent illness.

Outstanding Pet Insurance
First time I chose pet insurance and after much research, chose Pets Best. That was the best decision I have ever made. They are honest, efficient and fast at answering your claims. They are definitely looking into for your pet needs. Pets Best have many policies to choose from. It is so reassuring to know you have help when it is most needed.
Monthly Cost
$6 and up, depending on your chosen plan.
Coverage
Accident and Illness plans with optional reimbursement levels of 70%, 80%, or 90% after the deductible.
Flat Rate Accident coverage for $9/month for dogs and $6/month for cats. (Available in most states).
Two optional Wellness plans to cover routine care.
24/7 Pet Helpline, powered by whiskerDocs is included on all policies.
The pay-out amount is based on your actual vet bill.
Reimbursements are sent directly to CareCredit credit card when chosen as your default reimbursement method.
Choose to have your eligible claim payment reimbursed directly back to your CareCredit card.
Payout Limits
$5000 -Unlimited annual limit, depending on your chosen plan.
Unlimited lifetime limits.
Deductible
$50 – $1,000 annually.
Age Limits
Pet must be at least 7 weeks old to enroll.
Pets Best does not restrict coverage or availability for older pets.
Waiting Period
A waiting period refers to the amount of time after enrolling before your pet is eligible for coverage. Waiting periods vary by the type of coverage and start on the effective date of your policy. Once met, waiting periods are waived for continuous, uninterrupted policy renewals. Pets Best offers some of the shortest waiting periods in the industry following the policy effective date. Get a quote for specific information on waiting periods in your state.

Pre-existing conditions are not covered.
Elective and preventive procedures are not covered.
