Entire process is easy
This is our first time with having a puppy and puppy insurance. The entire process was very easy to us and understand. The women I spoke to when I purchased the insurance was very informative. She help educate in this entire process.

I am very happy
I am very happy with your service. My husband and I since our children left home, the one who always is with us is our pet. Indy is already 10 1/2 years old, but he have was there heart of a toddler. We pray that he live many years with us, that is why his health issues is so important to us. Thank you again for your service.â¤ï¸ðŸ™

We love PetsBest
This was the first time we enrolled a pet in a pet insurance policy and we couldn't be happier with our selection of PetsBest. Our first claim was for routine care (booster shots) and with the add on of routine care coverage our claim was processed quickly...direct deposit of benefit payments is a real plus! So far, we love PetsBest.

Very fast response and payment
Our claim was pretty straightforward, our dog swallowed a rock. The response to my first claim from the vet office was very fast. And the payment for that one and for the surgery he had came extremely fast. We were very pleased

The pay-out amount is based on your actual vet bill.

$5000 -Unlimited annual limit, depending on your chosen plan.
Unlimited lifetime limits.

$50 – $1,000 annually.
Age Limits
Pet must be at least 7 weeks old to enroll.
Pets Best does not restrict coverage or availability for older pets.
Waiting Period
A waiting period refers to the amount of time after enrolling before your pet is eligible for coverage. Waiting periods vary by the type of coverage and start on the effective date of your policy. Once met, waiting periods are waived for continuous, uninterrupted policy renewals. Pets Best offers some of the shortest waiting periods in the industry following the policy effective date. Get a quote for specific information on waiting periods in your state.

Pre-existing conditions are not covered.
Elective and preventive procedures are not covered.
