Greatest value ever!
Greatest value ever. I used for my anatolian Shepard and BFF Seabastian for 10 years and he had to have 2 TPLO surgeries and 4 root canals plus more over the years and Pets Best covered it. Pets Best is the greatest
My husband and I have been adopting elderly Saint Bernards for over 20 years. Being elderly, they usually have illnesses that cost big bucks. As soon as we get the dogs we insure them with Pets Best. The final illness of many of our old guys has cost around $10,000. Pets Best has always treated our dogs great and they have gotten any treatment that they needed. We highly recommend Pets Best Insurance.

Terrible value for money
Terrible value for money. Basic items not covered for a heavy monthly premium.
Whilst I appreciate the response it should be pointed out that for $2 more per month I got vaccinations and spaying covered, albeit I can’t claim them because of Petsbest policies.
As you can see from the representatives refusal to understand the gripe, continuing to respond for responses sake this isn’t a company I would ever partner with again.
$51 a month doesn’t get you coverage for a single vaccination during the life of a 6 month old puppy. Whether they believe the policy documentation to be clear or not isn’t the customer issue. The policy structure is bad value for money - that is the dissatisfaction and surprise.
I really do not need another corporate defense statement so please, there is no need to defend a position I’m no interested in. I wish to warn others about my error, when paying $51 a month you do not get basic vaccination cover - they are monthly add ons.
I’ve found an insurer that doesn’t do this.

The claims process is so easy and the explanations are clear. So nice to know we have this extra protection for our beloved greyhound Louise (Weezy) - she is one of the family.
Monthly Cost
$6 and up, depending on your chosen plan.
Coverage
Accident and Illness plans with optional reimbursement levels of 70%, 80%, or 90% after the deductible.
Flat Rate Accident coverage for $9/month for dogs and $6/month for cats. (Available in most states).
Two optional Wellness plans to cover routine care.
24/7 Pet Helpline, powered by whiskerDocs is included on all policies.
The pay-out amount is based on your actual vet bill.
Reimbursements are sent directly to CareCredit credit card when chosen as your default reimbursement method.
Choose to have your eligible claim payment reimbursed directly back to your CareCredit card.
Payout Limits
$5000 -Unlimited annual limit, depending on your chosen plan.
Unlimited lifetime limits.
Deductible
$50 – $1,000 annually.
Age Limits
Pet must be at least 7 weeks old to enroll.
Pets Best does not restrict coverage or availability for older pets.
Waiting Period
A waiting period refers to the amount of time after enrolling before your pet is eligible for coverage. Waiting periods vary by the type of coverage and start on the effective date of your policy. Once met, waiting periods are waived for continuous, uninterrupted policy renewals. Pets Best offers some of the shortest waiting periods in the industry following the policy effective date. Get a quote for specific information on waiting periods in your state.

Pre-existing conditions are not covered.
Elective and preventive procedures are not covered.
