Excellent company!
I signed up for Pets Best the day I brought home my rescue cat. I was told he was ten years old but they had no medical history other than he was neutered. I am so glad I signed up. Turns out he has chronic bacterial problems with his kidneys, liver and urinary tract. He's eleven now and although we are at the vet several times a year he is doing quite well (love him dearly) and my pocket book isn't overwhelmed with the expense. I would recommend Pets Best to everyone. Excellent company!

Happy with Pets Best
I am extremely happy with Pet's Best. Claims are reviewed and paid very quickly. On the rare occasion I talk to your support desk, they are friendly, efficient and very knowledgeable.

After reviewing several insurance companies it appeared Pets Best would be the best. I believe it is.

Friendly staff, easy claim process, and decent turnaround time receiving funds.
This is the first time I've submitted a claim for pet insurance. I submitted my claim (at least I thought I did) and didn't receive a payment. When I called Pets Best 3 weeks later to check on the status of my claim, Erica informed me that they never received it. I'm sure it was an error on my part and the claim must of disappeared out in cyberspace. Erika helped me resubmit my claim to make sure I did it correctly. She was very pleasant and knowledgeable. She responded quickly to an email I sent to her afterward. I received my claim funds about a week which were deposited directly into my checking account......very convenient. When you submit a claim, you should realize that your claim funds will be minus your insurance policy's deductible amount, co-pay amount, and procedures that may not be covered by your insurance. For me, I received funds that covered about 54% of my vet bill. The bill was affordable and most of all my dog has healed quickly and is back to retrieving her balls and swimming in the creeks. I hope the company doesn't jack-up my premium payments to cover my claim. I'll just have to wait and see.

Flat Rate Accident coverage for $9/month for dogs and $6/month for cats. (Available in most states).

The pay-out amount is based on your actual vet bill.
Reimbursements are sent directly to CareCredit credit card when chosen as your default reimbursement method.

$5000 -Unlimited annual limit, depending on your chosen plan.

$50 – $1,000 annually.
Age Limits
Pet must be at least 7 weeks old to enroll.
Pets Best does not restrict coverage or availability for older pets.
Waiting Period
A waiting period refers to the amount of time after enrolling before your pet is eligible for coverage. Waiting periods vary by the type of coverage and start on the effective date of your policy. Once met, waiting periods are waived for continuous, uninterrupted policy renewals. Pets Best offers some of the shortest waiting periods in the industry following the policy effective date. Get a quote for specific information on waiting periods in your state.
Exclusions
Pre-existing conditions are not covered.
Elective and preventive procedures are not covered.
