Pets Best makes it easy to file a claim.
Having insurance for my boxer is such a relief when something happens that requires veterinary care. Pets Best makes it so easy to file a claim And the response and settlement it's so quick. I tell everyone that has a pet or is thinking of getting a pet that the first thing they need to do is sign up for Pets Best insurance.

Worst Customer service
I joined PB 2 weeks ago and honestly I would not recommend it to anyone. I called customer service 3 o 4 times after my routine claim was submitted a week ago and no activity. I did not called because I need it but becuase every time I called one rep left more confused than the previous one. Rep Penny was great !! She was the only one that was able to help when enrolling and I spoke to her last on regards to the claim (4th call ).
Almost 2 weeks after submitting the routing claim - I am still waiting. They have questions for my vet and claim that he doesn’t answer, yet I call with PB on the line and the receptionist at the vet picks up with in the first two rings

I will not be without pet insurance again.
I've had pets all of my life and never had pet insurance until Pets Best. I will not be without it again! Having pet insurance totally eliminates the fear of cost of procedures and prescribed medications.
Monthly Cost
$6 and up, depending on your chosen plan.
Coverage
Accident and Illness plans with optional reimbursement levels of 70%, 80%, or 90% after the deductible.
Flat Rate Accident coverage for $9/month for dogs and $6/month for cats. (Available in most states).
Two optional Wellness plans to cover routine care.
24/7 Pet Helpline, powered by whiskerDocs is included on all policies.
The pay-out amount is based on your actual vet bill.
Reimbursements are sent directly to CareCredit credit card when chosen as your default reimbursement method.
Choose to have your eligible claim payment reimbursed directly back to your CareCredit card.
Payout Limits
$5000 -Unlimited annual limit, depending on your chosen plan.
Unlimited lifetime limits.
Deductible
$50 – $1,000 annually.
Age Limits
Pet must be at least 7 weeks old to enroll.
Pets Best does not restrict coverage or availability for older pets.
Waiting Period
A waiting period refers to the amount of time after enrolling before your pet is eligible for coverage. Waiting periods vary by the type of coverage and start on the effective date of your policy. Once met, waiting periods are waived for continuous, uninterrupted policy renewals. Pets Best offers some of the shortest waiting periods in the industry following the policy effective date. Get a quote for specific information on waiting periods in your state.
Exclusions
Pre-existing conditions are not covered.
Elective and preventive procedures are not covered.
