I am happy
I am happy I was sent an email letting me know my claim had been delayed within a little over a week. I think two days later I was notified of the decision. The promptness of the delay notification was impressive. This way I knew the status of my claim. Thank you.

I love working with Pets Best
I have had to take my cat, SylvesterII to the vet every week, sometimes 2 times a week, for a broken foot and damaged (cut) toe. They have to put him out every time, as he is not a friendly cat. All claims to date have been covered and very thorough on explanations and refunds of monies. I love working with Pets Best. They are the best!

I have been very happy with the pets best claims I have posted. Before I had one question and it was quickly answered. So far so good.
Monthly Cost
$6 and up, depending on your chosen plan.
Coverage
Accident and Illness plans with optional reimbursement levels of 70%, 80%, or 90% after the deductible.
Flat Rate Accident coverage for $9/month for dogs and $6/month for cats. (Available in most states).
Two optional Wellness plans to cover routine care.
24/7 Pet Helpline, powered by whiskerDocs is included on all policies.
The pay-out amount is based on your actual vet bill.
Reimbursements are sent directly to CareCredit credit card when chosen as your default reimbursement method.
Choose to have your eligible claim payment reimbursed directly back to your CareCredit card.
Payout Limits
$5000 -Unlimited annual limit, depending on your chosen plan.
Unlimited lifetime limits.
Deductible
$50 – $1,000 annually.
Age Limits
Pet must be at least 7 weeks old to enroll.
Pets Best does not restrict coverage or availability for older pets.
Waiting Period
A waiting period refers to the amount of time after enrolling before your pet is eligible for coverage. Waiting periods vary by the type of coverage and start on the effective date of your policy. Once met, waiting periods are waived for continuous, uninterrupted policy renewals. Pets Best offers some of the shortest waiting periods in the industry following the policy effective date. Get a quote for specific information on waiting periods in your state.
Exclusions
Pre-existing conditions are not covered.
Elective and preventive procedures are not covered.
