Pets Best is the WORST COMPANY OVER THE…

Pets Best is the WORST COMPANY OVER THE FACE OF THE EARTH!!!.. Don't do business with this people, don't throw your money in this TRASH CAN type of company! To open your account is easy and everything in the Policy is INCLUDED, but when you file a CLAIM and the result of your Claim :everything is EXCLUDED!!! After paying a little more than a $100 premium a month for our dog for several months, we made a Claim for $770. We supposed to have the best recommended coverage and, after 2 months waiting, we received a payment for $71. Save your money and take good care of your Pet, but instead of Pets "Best", I will go to social media promoting their REAL NAME... Pets WORST!!!

I have only 2 separate claims not yet settled. I appreciate though that I am notified when my claim received and the status that is still in process at this case.

I’m glad I had this policy

I would’ve rated this site at 5 stars but because of Covid it was very hard to talk to someone on the phone. I had to hold for over an hour before somebody got to me. But after that the gentleman who talked to me on the phone was very knowledgeable, helpful and answered all my questions professionally.

Monthly Cost

$6 and up, depending on your chosen plan.

Coverage

Accident and Illness plans with optional reimbursement levels of 70%, 80%, or 90% after the deductible. Flat Rate Accident coverage for $9/month for dogs and $6/month for cats. (Available in most states). Two optional Wellness plans to cover routine care. 24/7 Pet Helpline, powered by whiskerDocs is included on all policies. The pay-out amount is based on your actual vet bill. Reimbursements are sent directly to CareCredit credit card when chosen as your default reimbursement method. Choose to have your eligible claim payment reimbursed directly back to your CareCredit card.

Payout Limits

$5000 -Unlimited annual limit, depending on your chosen plan. Unlimited lifetime limits.

Deductible

$50 – $1,000 annually.

Age Limits

Pet must be at least 7 weeks old to enroll. Pets Best does not restrict coverage or availability for older pets.

Waiting Period

A waiting period refers to the amount of time after enrolling before your pet is eligible for coverage. Waiting periods vary by the type of coverage and start on the effective date of your policy. Once met, waiting periods are waived for continuous, uninterrupted policy renewals. Pets Best offers some of the shortest waiting periods in the industry following the policy effective date. Exclusions

Pre-existing conditions are not covered. Elective and preventive procedures are not covered.
