Pets Best Rocks
I have been loving Pets Best! The app is super easy to use, submitting a claim was very simple and quick, and they handled the rest of the work. The receipts were easy to understand and reflected correctly to our benefits plan. It did take some time for the whole process to finish but I didn’t have to stress or fumble for paperwork etc. I spent a lot of time researching different insurances and pets best was the best option. It offers the most bang for your buck!

I would not recommend this insurance…
I would not recommend this insurance company. Pets best is the worst. Website and app have a crappy user interface . Impossible to get ahold of anybody to help with a claim I’ve been trying to process for months. Save your time and money and do not get insurance with the company.

Simple and Easy
This is the easiest process. Submitted my claim and less than a week later it has been processed and reimbursement is on it's way.
Monthly Cost
$6 and up, depending on your chosen plan.
Coverage
Accident and Illness plans with optional reimbursement levels of 70%, 80%, or 90% after the deductible.
Flat Rate Accident coverage for $9/month for dogs and $6/month for cats. (Available in most states).
Two optional Wellness plans to cover routine care.
24/7 Pet Helpline, powered by whiskerDocs is included on all policies.
The pay-out amount is based on your actual vet bill.
Reimbursements are sent directly to CareCredit credit card when chosen as your default reimbursement method.
Choose to have your eligible claim payment reimbursed directly back to your CareCredit card.
Payout Limits
$5000 -Unlimited annual limit, depending on your chosen plan.
Unlimited lifetime limits.
Deductible
$50 – $1,000 annually.
Age Limits
Pet must be at least 7 weeks old to enroll.
Pets Best does not restrict coverage or availability for older pets.
Waiting Period
A waiting period refers to the amount of time after enrolling before your pet is eligible for coverage. Waiting periods vary by the type of coverage and start on the effective date of your policy. Once met, waiting periods are waived for continuous, uninterrupted policy renewals. Pets Best offers some of the shortest waiting periods in the industry following the policy effective date. Get a quote for specific information on waiting periods in your state.
Exclusions
Pre-existing conditions are not covered.
Elective and preventive procedures are not covered.
