Worst company ever to deal with

Worst company ever to deal with. This insurance is a scam. They do everything in their power not to re-imburse you. They expect you to do their job for them and then turn around and say a 24/7 vet didn't answer the phone or call us back and you get a hold of the vet withing 2 minutes. It's a scam. Don't waste your money on this place.

Amazing Experience

I got this insurance because a co-worker recommended I do incase of an emergency. I'm glad I did! Opening a claim and submitting the necessary documents was painless and SO EASY. If you're thinking of getting your pup (or any pet) Pets Best Pet Insurance, do it now! You never expect something to happen but if it does, you'll be so glad you did. I could not recommend Pet Best enough. They made everything so easy and processed the claim quickly.

Very thankful we purchased this insurance

This is the second event where we had to submit a claim through Pets Best Insurance. It was simple and they approved it within a few weeks. The issue was an emergency visit with a new diagnosis that was very costly and their prompt coverage is so much appreciated.

foreign body ingestion

My dog had a foreign body ingestion. She had emergency surgery. Submitted a claim and was reimbursed in 1 month. Easy and fast process. Really happy with Pets Best Insurance.

Monthly Cost

$6 and up, depending on your chosen plan.

Coverage

Accident and Illness plans with optional reimbursement levels of 70%, 80%, or 90% after the deductible. Flat Rate Accident coverage for $9/month for dogs and $6/month for cats. (Available in most states). Two optional Wellness plans to cover routine care. 24/7 Pet Helpline, powered by whiskerDocs is included on all policies. The pay-out amount is based on your actual vet bill. Reimbursements are sent directly to CareCredit credit card when chosen as your default reimbursement method. Choose to have your eligible claim payment reimbursed directly back to your CareCredit card.

Payout Limits

$5000 -Unlimited annual limit, depending on your chosen plan. Unlimited lifetime limits.

Deductible

$50 – $1,000 annually.

Age Limits

Pet must be at least 7 weeks old to enroll. Pets Best does not restrict coverage or availability for older pets.

Waiting Period

A waiting period refers to the amount of time after enrolling before your pet is eligible for coverage. Waiting periods vary by the type of coverage and start on the effective date of your policy. Once met, waiting periods are waived for continuous, uninterrupted policy renewals. Pets Best offers some of the shortest waiting periods in the industry following the policy effective date. Exclusions

Pre-existing conditions are not covered. Elective and preventive procedures are not covered.
