Charging me extra fees when I did my due diligence to update my payment method last year

I already provided payment update last year but when the new year came it reverted back to the old payment method. And charged me further addition fees because I’m updating my payment method when I specifically told the agent before not to use the old payment method.

I am adding a pet to an existing policy and am not seeing a multi-pet discount. I will expect to see it reflected once I receive the final documents else I will be calling to have that rectified.

Application

I am a previous customer and am trying to come back to you after being with embrace. You are now needing to get vet records even though I've never been without coverage since leaving nationwide the 1st time due to rate increase. I have not heard anything on my application. I was under the impression I was already approved when I signed up and canceled my previous coverage with embrace. I need an answer so I will know whether or not to seek coverage elsewhere.
