The customer service is great. The instruction and terms are clear and easily exaplined. The refund process improved over the year and is much faster.

Customer Service
My puppy is now 8 months old. She is the first dog I ever had and was very skeptical about getting pet insurance. My investment has already paid off. The customer service, care, ease of claims and the quickness of payment is really something I never expected. This has been a really great experience.

Best pet insurance. Highly recommend.
I've had this insurance for both of my poodles and my cat. Thdy are easy to do business with and are reasonable.

The company’s most popular plan, Whole Pet with Wellness, offers 90% reimbursement for accident, injury, illness and wellness care, inclusive of exam fees.
All Nationwide members have complimentary 24/7 access to vethelpline.
Payout Limits
Depending on the plan selected, there may be annual benefit limits or per incident benefit allowances.
There is no annual limit for the company’s most popular plan, Whole Pet with Wellness.

Exclusions
Pre-existing conditions are not covered on any plans (if a condition is curable, it may be eligible for review if pet remains treatment-free for at least six months).
