I've never had a more positive experience

I have never spoken with a representative for a company that made a phone call so pleasant and hassle-free. Stephanie spent nearly 40 minutes helping me to understand my policy and describing the benefits of my policy. It was such a seamless experience and I appreciate all the information that she gave to me. She was extremely knowledgeable and was able to answer all of my questions in depth. It was such a positive experience and makes my decision in choosing Nationwide more sure than ever. I will definitely be recommending all of my friends and family to Nationwide because of the customer service and care I received during this phone call. I can't thank you enough, Stephanie.

Cryptorchidism

I had a great experience with the representative that I spoke with regarding my dogs benefits. Unfortunately they aren’t able to cover neuter due to cryptorchidism as it is considered a defect/abnormality. Along with any related illnesses from the cryptorchidism such as cancer and testicular torsion. I am not to surprised I’m just glad that they were able to answer my questions. They didn’t make these policies so there was definitely no need to get upset with the representative.

Troubleshoot

I was having trouble setting up my electronic refund. The representative was very patient and helpful on the phone. She was willing to wait and troubleshoot the issues till we figure it out, even though it took us 30 something minutes.

Discontinuation of Wellness Coverage for Pets

I am very disappointed that Nationwide has made the unfortunate decision to no longer offer wellness coverage for their exotic health insurance. As a bird owner, wellness doctor visits are vital to ensure the good health of birds. This is an awful awful decision.

Save your money

I paid $847.00 for a policy which included wellness care. Physical exam, vaccinations, fecal and heartworm tests, cost me $524.56. They reimbursed $240.00. My dog hurt her leg. Vet bill was $269.67, they paid $3.93. So for $794.23, they reimbursed me $273.60. Would you call this good insurance? I call it a scam. They seem to think that veterinarians are charging 1970 prices today.

Monthly Cost

Policies start at approximately $12 per month.
