Best Product EVER!

This is the first year that my employer has offered Pet Insurance. I am so happy that I enrolled my dog Josie in this insurance plan. She has used the insurance a few times, including wellness, and I have been so happy with the customer service and response time in paying her claims. I would absolutely recommend to anyone to purchase Pet Insurance for their fur baby!

Thank goodness for Nationwide

Nationwide has been a lifesaver. Great reimbursement and fast. I am extremely happy for having taken this insurance out. My dog is much healthier for it.

Great company

I have been with Nationwide for most of my Josh's life.......they are a wonderful company that has helped me to give Josh the best of care as a young dog but mostly in his senior years. I would not own a dog without having Nationwide and I would not even consider looking for another company!!!

Thank you for asking how she is!

Princess Milipede Charlotte is fine she just went for a check up and she needed a preventative shot for a virus that is causing dogs to die. "Charlie" as, she is so lovingly called is doing fine. She is the love of our lives we are so lucky to have her. She is helping my husband through PTSD from the Iraq war as a comforting factor in his life!!

Coverage

Nationwide offers a variety of plans offering varying levels of coverage. The company’s most popular plan, Whole Pet with Wellness, offers 90% reimbursement for accident, injury, illness and wellness care, inclusive of exam fees. All Nationwide members have complimentary 24/7 access to vethelpline.

Payout Limits

Depending on the plan selected, there may be annual benefit limits or per incident benefit allowances. There is no annual limit for the company’s most popular plan, Whole Pet with Wellness.

Deductible

Annual deductibles range from $0 to $1,000. Most popular annual deductible for Whole Pet with Wellness is $250.

Age Limits

No age restriction to enroll in company’s most popular plan, Whole Pet with Wellness. Other plans may have age restrictions.

Waiting Period

14-day waiting period after application approved and payment of premium is received.

Exclusions

Pre-existing conditions are not covered on any plans (if a condition is curable, it may be eligible for review if pet remains treatment-free for at least six months). Whole Pet with Wellness covers nearly all veterinary expenses. Notable exclusions include boarding and grooming.
