Best Insurance EVER!
This insurance has been a true life saver! My pup has had a lot of health issues and Nationwide insurance has helped us so much to afford the cost of her optimal care!!! They are timely in their responses and are true life savers!!! Thank you so much!!!

Good coverage but takes almost a month for them to review a claim...
VPI was great and when Nationwide took over nothing changed. The one thing that I think they need to improve on is the time it takes to process and repay claims. Other insurance companies do it within a week where nationwide takes 3-4 weeks. They have sped it up with electronic deposits but only by 4-5 day’s. I’d give them a 10 if it wasn’t for this.

Waiting Period
14-day waiting period after application approved and payment of premium is received.
Exclusions
Pre-existing conditions are not covered on any plans (if a condition is curable, it may be eligible for review if pet remains treatment-free for at least six months).
Whole Pet with Wellness covers nearly all veterinary expenses. Notable exclusions include boarding and grooming.
