Don't trust these snakes!!!

Don't trust these snakes!!!! My vet's office recommended them, and they were wrong!!! I thought I was setting up insurance for my 2 cats, and I was promised that they would call my vet for medical records and send me a packet 3 weeks ago! Meanwhile, today (Cyber Monday), 1 of my cats gets sick, and I have no insurance packet! The 1st couple of phone #'s on Google and their own website weren't willing to talk to me due to a "high call volume". I finally called another # and finally got someone to talk to me. The problem is she gave me a completely opposite response to what I was originally told!!! According to her a letter was sent to me a month ago, saying I had to provide the blood work and medical records for my cats!!! Not only was that not what I was told when I was setting up the insurance, but the letter never arrived!!! Do not trust these lying snakes!!! My cat, a faithful companion might die, and I could be out 10 grand because these lying pieces of poo didn't keep their promises to me!!!!!

Very happy with Nationwide Pet…

Very happy with Nationwide Pet Insurance. The coverage with our plan is excellent. Anytime I have questions and call customer service they are more than happy to help.The claims are done quickly also. Highly recommend!

Coverage

Nationwide offers a variety of plans offering varying levels of coverage. The company’s most popular plan, Whole Pet with Wellness, offers 90% reimbursement for accident, injury, illness and wellness care, inclusive of exam fees. All Nationwide members have complimentary 24/7 access to vethelpline.

Payout Limits

Depending on the plan selected, there may be annual benefit limits or per incident benefit allowances. There is no annual limit for the company’s most popular plan, Whole Pet with Wellness.

Deductible

Annual deductibles range from $0 to $1,000. Most popular annual deductible for Whole Pet with Wellness is $250.

Age Limits

No age restriction to enroll in company’s most popular plan, Whole Pet with Wellness. Other plans may have age restrictions.

Waiting Period

14-day waiting period after application approved and payment of premium is received.

Exclusions

Pre-existing conditions are not covered on any plans (if a condition is curable, it may be eligible for review if pet remains treatment-free for at least six months). Whole Pet with Wellness covers nearly all veterinary expenses. Notable exclusions include boarding and grooming.
