Nationwide | Pet Insurance Review

Several years ago I had insured 3 dogs with another insurance company and was paying a lot every month. When one of the dogs began to limp with no visible reason I took him to the vet who also saw nothing visible so he too an x-ray. Because the x-ray also showed nothing, that insurance company denied the claim for the cost of the x-ray. So if a test turns out negative, you don't have to pay for it? Wish my human insurance worked like that. Needless to say I dropped that insurance and have done without for many years. Recently I decided to try again based on a recommendation from a friend. So glad that I did. I was pleasantly surprised at the amount received on a claim as I fully expected them to deny much of it. Will be sticking with them for a while.

I can always count on Nationwide to provide the best insurance coverage for my Beagle puppy. I am extremely satisfied with their coverage and promptness in handling our claims.

i got 90% of my dog's back surgery costs back. It took a longer time than I had hoped due to the review process but I got the money back as promised.

They were very quick and there were no surprises. I got all of my vet bills reimbursed with no questions asked after my low deductible.
