Nationwide Pet Insurance has excellent customer service
I have had Nationwide Pet Insurance for over 10 years, and I have never had any issue. They have an easy to use website to open new claims and review the status of all claims. I have used the vet line for questions about issues with my dogs.
My dogs are my family, and I would not work with a company that did not love animals and provide great customer service. My dogs are therapy dogs, so it is important to keep them healthy.
Once I submit a claim, it takes about a week for the money to go into my account (I use the automatic deposit feature).
I highly recommend Nationwide; based on cost, benefits and customer service.

Easy process
Easy process, realistic rates. I was required to purchase pet insurance by the company I am purchasing my new puppy from. Thankful for a rate that didn’t break the bank. Nice to have the added comfort of protection of our new furry family member.
