So Glad we have Nationwide Pet Insurance

We’ve had insurance for over 13 years and 3 dogs. I can’t say enough about the peace of mind it brings. If our dogs are sick or injured, or just when it’s check up time, there’s never any doubt that we will get whatever they need. And know that Nationwide is there to help!! Pretty Good Insurance

I just wish I didn't have to pre pay for the vet visit and wait up to a month to get reimbursed. I live check to check and if there's an emergency I'm not sure what I'll do. I have to save up for these visits then I'm short till I get paid back. Other than that I'm happy with my insurance plan for my kitties.

Nationwide is AWESOME!

I have 2, 13 year old cats. The male is in the beginning stages of kidney disease. If I did not have this insurance on him I would not be able to afford his care. Thank you Nationwide for helping me to provide my cat with the care he needs so the rest of his life will be comfortable and happy.

I tell everyone I meet that has a pet how great is this VPI

It has been 4 yrs. since I had a dog.. I had VPI with my other dogs. Flossie has had some problems in her young life. I so glad I Didn’t have to stress about money as VPI paid 90%. Best service also‼️

Coverage

Nationwide offers a variety of plans offering varying levels of coverage. The company’s most popular plan, Whole Pet with Wellness, offers 90% reimbursement for accident, injury, illness and wellness care, inclusive of exam fees. All Nationwide members have complimentary 24/7 access to vethelpline.

Payout Limits

Depending on the plan selected, there may be annual benefit limits or per incident benefit allowances. There is no annual limit for the company’s most popular plan, Whole Pet with Wellness.

Deductible

Annual deductibles range from $0 to $1,000. Most popular annual deductible for Whole Pet with Wellness is $250.

Age Limits

No age restriction to enroll in company’s most popular plan, Whole Pet with Wellness. Other plans may have age restrictions.

Waiting Period

14-day waiting period after application approved and payment of premium is received.

Exclusions

Pre-existing conditions are not covered on any plans (if a condition is curable, it may be eligible for review if pet remains treatment-free for at least six months). Whole Pet with Wellness covers nearly all veterinary expenses. Notable exclusions include boarding and grooming.
