Excellent Service!
Our year old Rottie has been having some bladder/intestinal issues the past couple of months which means many visits to the vet and many bills. Nationwide makes it so easy to submit claims online and they pay within less than a month which really takes the financial stress off of our minds. The ease of using Nationwide allows us to focus on our beloved pet rather than the financial issues that arise when medical attention is needed. We never had pet insurance before, but are very happy that we choose Nationwide for our newest addition and we recommend that if you love your pets like family members, you invest in Nationwide, you won't regret it!

I love knowing that I can take my baby boy to the vet and not worry that he can’t get the care he needs because of finances !
Streaks wellness visit went great. He turned one year old and seems to be in tiptop condition. Nationwide paid his wellness claim quickly and the process was simple and efficient. I really appreciated the service as this was my first claim and I was concerned that it would be a long drawn out process. I was very impressed!

Awesome Pet Insurance
Our bully got pneumonia and was very sick and could not breath. We took her to an emergency pet hospital where she had to stay overnight. Eventually they were able to help her and got her back on her feet. Of course if it wasn't for Nationwide Pet Insurance I would have been able to pay my bill right away. Can't believe how fast we received our claim. Thank you Nationwide!

The company’s most popular plan, Whole Pet with Wellness, offers 90% reimbursement for accident, injury, illness and wellness care, inclusive of exam fees.
All Nationwide members have complimentary 24/7 access to vethelpline.
Payout Limits
Depending on the plan selected, there may be annual benefit limits or per incident benefit allowances.
There is no annual limit for the company’s most popular plan, Whole Pet with Wellness.

Waiting Period
14-day waiting period after application approved and payment of premium is received.
Exclusions
Pre-existing conditions are not covered on any plans (if a condition is curable, it may be eligible for review if pet remains treatment-free for at least six months).
Whole Pet with Wellness covers nearly all veterinary expenses. Notable exclusions include boarding and grooming.
