My beloved pet got the care he needed
My beloved kitty had a urinarty tract disorder. After a weekend in the hospital we thought he was ok. He relapsed at 2 weeks and needed emergency surgery. Having the insurance made it possible to keep him in our lives. Submitting the claim was easy and it was paid in record time.

Always there when you need them
We have all 4 of our dogs covered by Nationwide. Never a billing issue, never a customer service issue, always prompt courteous service on all claims.

Nationwide pet insurance is great. It is better than my medical insurance.
Nationwide, is quick with repayments and gives detailed explanations of payment. I wish my medical insurance would be so good.

The company’s most popular plan, Whole Pet with Wellness, offers 90% reimbursement for accident, injury, illness and wellness care, inclusive of exam fees.

Payout Limits
Depending on the plan selected, there may be annual benefit limits or per incident benefit allowances.
There is no annual limit for the company’s most popular plan, Whole Pet with Wellness.

Waiting Period
14-day waiting period after application approved and payment of premium is received.
Exclusions
Pre-existing conditions are not covered on any plans (if a condition is curable, it may be eligible for review if pet remains treatment-free for at least six months).
Whole Pet with Wellness covers nearly all veterinary expenses. Notable exclusions include boarding and grooming.
