Having insurance for Scarlett hasn’t taken worry off our shoulders and has kept our puppy safe.
So far, the ease of using Nationwide for Scarlett has been great. Has given us the security of knowing we can have Scarlett taken care of without the fear of cost. I would recommend pet insurance for all pet owners. Our fur babies deserve great care too.

Nationwide Pet Insurance has been amazing!
This summer Luger tore his ligament. I have been filing multiple claims for surgery and post surgery care. Nationwide has done a great job in processing the claims and answering any questions I had. I was reimbursed within 3-4 weeks. If you have an animal and you don't have insurance you should and you should use Nationwide!

love the coverage but wish she was on Whole Pet as a puppy instead of w aiting until 2 years
We enjoy Nationwide and have it on both of our pets. The coverage is great as long as you can pay upfront for your medical expense. It can take up to a month to get reimbursed so keep that in mind. We travel and it's nice to know that our pets are covered when we are away and have emergencies. I wish Whole Pet would start again as a puppy versus waiting until 2 years old, but otherwise it's an A++++

Excellent Choice
I definitely recommend Nationwide Pet Insurance. We got this for our two dogs right after we got them (7 weeks old) and they are now 8 years old. It has been a great service over these 8 years and many more to come. It's easy to start a claim. Since we've had it we were told about other insurance options and after looking into them have found nothing that even comes close to comparing to our plan at Nationwide. Definitely recommend. Has been fantastic for our pets with fast reimbursement and such a great service when we have needed it in the past. Thank you!!! :-)

The company’s most popular plan, Whole Pet with Wellness, offers 90% reimbursement for accident, injury, illness and wellness care, inclusive of exam fees.

Payout Limits
Depending on the plan selected, there may be annual benefit limits or per incident benefit allowances.

Waiting Period
14-day waiting period after application approved and payment of premium is received.
Exclusions
Pre-existing conditions are not covered on any plans (if a condition is curable, it may be eligible for review if pet remains treatment-free for at least six months).
Whole Pet with Wellness covers nearly all veterinary expenses. Notable exclusions include boarding and grooming.
