Fantastic insurance & all of the reps are great
Everyone at Nationwide has been very helpful. The claim forms are easy to complete & submit. My only wish is that some sort of dental preventative coverage was included.

Nationwide has definitely been on our side!
Our Scottie McFly has been suffering with terrible eye conjunctivitis. We’ve had him tested and he is now on his third bottle of eye drops. These are new ones and much more expensive. Nationwide has reimbursed us fully. I don’t know what I would do without them. Thank you Nationwide!

So Happy I have Nationwide Pet Insurance
I have never had an issue with Nationwide and even now that my dog had to have surgery to remove cancer from her thyroids and parathyroids. Nationwide has helped with the cost and I will always use them and recommend them to pet owners. Thank you Nationwide for caring for my dogs.

The company’s most popular plan, Whole Pet with Wellness, offers 90% reimbursement for accident, injury, illness and wellness care, inclusive of exam fees.
All Nationwide members have complimentary 24/7 access to vethelpline.
Payout Limits
Depending on the plan selected, there may be annual benefit limits or per incident benefit allowances.
There is no annual limit for the company’s most popular plan, Whole Pet with Wellness.
Deductible
Annual deductibles range from $0 to $1,000.
Most popular annual deductible for Whole Pet with Wellness is $250.
Age Limits
No age restriction to enroll in company’s most popular plan, Whole Pet with Wellness.

Waiting Period
14-day waiting period after application approved and payment of premium is received.
Exclusions
Pre-existing conditions are not covered on any plans (if a condition is curable, it may be eligible for review if pet remains treatment-free for at least six months).
Whole Pet with Wellness covers nearly all veterinary expenses. Notable exclusions include boarding and grooming.
