Extremely long review & processing time
I ultimately got reimbursed the 90% I was due however I waited 5 months! First you asked for detailed notes from the vet which I had them fax you directly. I heard nothing for a month. When I called back - the rep said you never received the notes - so I had the vet send them again. I called back and you confirmed receipt. Then received a letter saying you needed another 30 days to review. Then I called after 30’days to inquire what happened and the rep said you needed another 30 days and when i said that was ridiculous and it had already been months she was actually rude and basically said sorry but that’s the way it is. I really didn’t appreciate the way this was handled at all. Like I said - I’m the end I was reimbursed so that’s the good part but I should have to go through all of that and the enormous delays.
