Thank goodness I have insurance to help with medical needs.

I am very lucky to have your insurance and been able to get help paying for medical coverage. I just lost my 12 year old Newf who was never sick until just before her death. So I did not have many medical bills with her during her life time. However, my Sam has had every illness one can believe possible. Luckily the insurance has been able to help me cover the medical bills. Thank you.

So relieved and thankful that I am covered under Nationwide!

My 3 year old Lab recently had an oral mass removed which came back from Pathology as an aggressive and locally invasive tumor, which was absolutely devastating news. I was referred to Oncology which was very stressful, but I knew that I was covered under Nationwide so I didn't have to stress the about the financial aspect of the next steps. Every claim I have submitted has been reimbursed according to the contract terms and I have never had any problems with my reimbursements. Once, Nationwide did delay the processing, saying more time was needed, but that would be the only time where I felt processing of the claim was slow. I always recommend Nationwide to others who get new family pets. I would not have ever expected to be seeing an Oncologist at age 3 - I went back and thanked the neighbor who recommended me to Nationwide.

Amazing support for TPLO Operation in Dog

Our 2 year old rescue pup needed double knee surgery (torn CCL on both back legs) and had TPLO operation. Nationwide made it so easy to go ahead with surgery as they reassured us we were covered at 90% for the full cost. We then were equally delighted to learn the physio therapy after care was covered under our insurance. There was no lengthy discussions or documents to submit the claim - one simple form - and 4 weeks later, our check arrived for the operation (almost $7000). Everyone at Nationwide has been so easy to work with and helpful. Our dog is almost at the end of his recovery period and is doing great. We are so very grateful for our insurance cover as not only did it provide comfort and peace of mind to know we could give our loved dog the best care possible, but we have a much happier, engaged dog since surgery. He knows we have been able to look after him so well. I could not recommend Nationwide highly enough and have been telling all our friends to come to you!
