Great service, speedy payments.
So far, Nationwide has been great in dealing with our young pup. He had to get preventative surgery and had some minor issues following. With the addition of the wellness plan, Nationwide has been a huge help in paying the bills and providing support.

Nationwide Pet Insurance has Always been there for me to pay Summers vet bills.
Whenever Summer gets one of those nasty hot spots that seem to surface in the blink of an eye I always feel so thankful I only have to come up with $100.0 during the beginning of my calendar year. My deductible for the year is doable compared to what it actually costs to treat those nasty things. She is very rarely ever sick except for that. Thank you Nationwide for always being on my side.

Please with handling of claim
We were pleased with the outcome of our claim.
My only complaint is that the premiums keep going up and up and that was happening before this claim. This is the only significant claim we have ever had.

The company’s most popular plan, Whole Pet with Wellness, offers 90% reimbursement for accident, injury, illness and wellness care, inclusive of exam fees.
All Nationwide members have complimentary 24/7 access to vethelpline.
Payout Limits
Depending on the plan selected, there may be annual benefit limits or per incident benefit allowances.
There is no annual limit for the company’s most popular plan, Whole Pet with Wellness.
Deductible
Annual deductibles range from $0 to $1,000.
Most popular annual deductible for Whole Pet with Wellness is $250.
Age Limits
No age restriction to enroll in company’s most popular plan, Whole Pet with Wellness.

Waiting Period
14-day waiting period after application approved and payment of premium is received.
Exclusions
Pre-existing conditions are not covered on any plans (if a condition is curable, it may be eligible for review if pet remains treatment-free for at least six months).
Whole Pet with Wellness covers nearly all veterinary expenses. Notable exclusions include boarding and grooming.
