Process takes too long
Overall I am happy with my insurance. I just wish it didn't take up to a month to get reimbursed. That can be a long time to go without reimbursement.

Excellent service
I couldn't be more pleased with your service. It also gives me comfort to know that I can do whatever is necessary to make sure that my Dobby is healthy and cared for.

Not sure it’s cost effective
Unfortunately, this coverage doesn’t cover much of anything for which my dog needs medical attention. Spent over $3500 at vet last year, almost $700 in insurance premiums, and got barely $400 covered.

Thank God I have Nation Wide Insurance
I used to say pet insurance is a waste of money, I now thank God I signed up for your insurance. I found out small dogs have more problems than large ones. Lucy is finally doing better and to know I don't have that big vetinary bill to pay is a blessing for me. I have encouraged everyone I know to call Nation Wide and sign up. Pet insurance is not a waste of money.

Ok coverage, slow reimbursements
Website is really easy to use, coverage is pretty good. My rates just went up $30/month because my dog is 9. Also, reimbursements take almost 30 days to get.
