Not worth premium. Them added riders on a puppy.

Nationwide denied most claims for routine puppy visits. Puppy had ear infections and urinary infections that were not a genetic disorder or a preexisting condition....found on first puppy visit...unfair to say the least. Will never recommend this pet insurance to anyone. This was my first experience with pet insurance and it has been a disaster. Very disappointed and dissatisfied to say the least.

Customer Service is Great, Still Has Downfalls of Insurance Companies.

I am glad I have nationwide Insurance, the coverage is a good value, I believe. The peace of mind is also wonderful and my experience with their customer service is always good . That being said, it is still an insurance company and has the same woes as all others. They do their best to cover as little as possible without reaching out when they need more information. This has made claims difficult for me in the past. They also take FOREVER to process, a month is pretty average. Which sucks if it's a big claim that I have a credit card bill due for. I still would not change companies as I have not found one I think better for the money.
