I have a large vet bill due to surgery - I would appreciate getting more timely feedback
I would appreciate getting more timely feedback due to my large expense. Recently you have been waiting the full 30 days. Or payment gets sent to the payment center and they seem to hold it a while until I'm notified (I'm on the direct deposity)

Romeo is doing well
Hi,
Romeo had his toe removed mid Dec and the healing process took some time. We had to go back and forth to the vet so many times during all of that. I was very happy to have VPI insurace to help reimburse the cost...It was a very stressful time because we love our doggie so much...

Exclusions
Pre-existing conditions are not covered on any plans (if a condition is curable, it may be eligible for review if pet remains treatment-free for at least six months).
Whole Pet with Wellness covers nearly all veterinary expenses. Notable exclusions include boarding and grooming.
