Love Nationwide Insurance

Nationwide insurance has been fantastic. Their customer service is great and their coverage is amazing. I am so thankful that I have this insurance with a cat who is very sick.

Dissappointed in coverages and the caps you put in things that your agents never tell you when you sign up.

After signing up ,I find that flea meds has a cap of 75.00 and heartworm of 35.00. That's about 3 months of flea meds and 3 months of heartworm. No dental cleanings are covered either. That's bad. The only thing I will say, is that you pay within 30 days and it's easy to get the reimbursements. Dissappointed you don't cover dental or the cap on flea meds. This seems like a money loser for wellness coverage to me.

Back to Herself

Our pet insurance was most helpful when our English Cocker Josie developed hypothyroidism. She gained weight, lost her appetite and pretty much stopped eating, could not do walks, and had us very worried. After extensive testing and bloodwork we discovered her problem and treated with twice daily thyroid medication. Now she’s back to her happy, energetic, bouncy self again!! Our insurance was a big help to our budget — major peace of mind!!!
