Best customer service!
We are very happy with the customer service at Nationwide. The one time we did have a small issue, it was taken care of immediately by one of the nicest customer service reps I've ever dealt with.

Well on the road to recovery
The entire process of submitting claims to getting electronic deposits was seamless. Having an injury and knowing that you have insurance to help give your dog the best possible chance of recovery is invaluable. Loki had an ACL tear repaired. The crate rest is a challenge because he is doing well; doctor’s orders are being followed to a T. I don’t know how we would have done this without pet insurance.

Amazing turnaround on claims and simple process!
The process of submitting a claim is extremely easy. I appreciate the processing emails so we know it was received. Thank you so much for making this process enjoyable. I recommend this insurance to all my friends and family!

Exclusions
Pre-existing conditions are not covered on any plans (if a condition is curable, it may be eligible for review if pet remains treatment-free for at least six months).
