I think it would be nice to be able to…
I think it would be nice to be able to add multiple “owners” than just one owner. I share our cat with my fiancé. I wanted to add her to the account as well, but that was not an option.

Communication from Nationwide is poor
Communication from Nationwide is extremely poor. First email says I’ve been assigned to some representative who I’ve still never heard from nor have information to contact. The customer service team says it’s another team that handles new applications and that they have no way of connecting the customer

All Nationwide members have complimentary 24/7 access to vethelpline.
Payout Limits
Depending on the plan selected, there may be annual benefit limits or per incident benefit allowances.
There is no annual limit for the company’s most popular plan, Whole Pet with Wellness.

Annual deductibles range from $0 to $1,000.

Exclusions
