Things have changed in regards to the company’s claim of quick payments
I’ve had my dogs and cats covered under this insurance for a number of years and will continue to do so, but they have really slowed down on the amount of time it takes to process a claim...almost to the 30 day mark. This wasn’t the case and they lived up to their claim of quick turnarounds for claim processing, but that seemed to slow down considerably in August/September 2018. It’s disappointing, especially since we have to pay the vet for services first and then, may have other pets who need services, so we have to wait to get reimbursed by the insurance company. I hope that improves to their higher standard again.
